• You will receive all the source code and supporting files used to create the Website Application.
  
  
• The Website Application is fully customizable. You can modify the website application to fit your company. You can make modifications by using Dreamweaver, Interdev, or Notepad.
  
  You must have knowledge and experience in web design and ASP development to customize the website.
  
  
• The Website Application was built using ASP (vbscript) and you have full control of the source code. The database is Access 2000 and is stored on your website server (no link back to us).
  
  
• You will need to host the Web Application on a windows server.
  
  Server Requirements:
  • Windows 2000 server or higher
  • IIS 6 or later
  • MS Access 2000 database support
  • Active Server Pages (ASP)
  • CDONTS or CDOSYS email component
  
  
• The following are recommended hosting providers for the Website Application:
  
  • Go Daddy Hosting - Hosting Server must be a Windows Server!
  • If you have an account with one of the above hosting providers and prefer us to setup the template the price
    is $100.00. This includes setup only!  Please contact us before making your payment.

If you already have a hosting provider you can view the server components installed on the hosting server by downloading and installing the test server components file to your hosting server.

Note: Since we recommend GoDaddy as a hosting provider we DO NOT setup or support other hosting providers.

FAQ: Can I resell your real estate websites to a realtor in my area?
Answer: Yes, our licensing is one license per domain. contact us for information on RESALE RIGHTS. Please note you will be responsible to support your customer.

FAQ: Can the website colors and button text be changed on the websites?
Answer: Yes, the source files (css and .png) are included with the purchase.

FAQ: What if I need a different layout for the website?
Answer: If you have a layout (template) in mind, we can integrate the application into the template. Email us for a quote.
